NVQ level 2 and SVQ level 2  Beauty Therapy General VTCT

Who is it for?

Ideal part-time course if you are interested in a career in the beauty industry.

What will I be able to do once I complete the course?

Perform all basic skills of a beauty therapist - Facials. Waxing, Manicure, Pedicure and Eyelash Treatments

Is there funding available?

Yes through charitable trusts such as the Princes Trust and also MAPPIT organisation

How long will the course last?

Part-Time Course over 12 month period – either evening class 6-9 or on full day on Mondays evey 2nd week.

What does it cost?

£3500 – included in this price is a beauty kit and uniform consisting of 1 tunic and 1 pair of trousers.

How can I pay?

Credit Card / Cash / Business Cheque from Funders (Princes Trust/ILA)

When do I need to pay?

A deposit will be required on booking and full payment will have to be made 10 days before the course starts.

In addition to our own high standard in certification we are also accredited with VTCT which is a national recognised body and accredited with the professional Guild for Beauty and BABTAC (British Association Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology)

Will I be able to get insurance?

Yes – through the bodies mentioned above Guild / BABTC but you are also free to choose others if you wish.

Do I need to bring models?

You will be asked to work on each other however on occasion we may ask you to bring in models for assessments. It is essential for you to have the treatment done as it is part of your training to experience how a customer feels.
